Forum Moderators
We need people who love spending some time for the benefit of the community by becoming forum moderators.
What a Moderator has to do:
1. Monitor the forums that they assigned to
2. Keep track of posts in the forums
3. Delete unwanted or disallowed posts from the forum
4. Communicate and take part in the forum proceedings
5. Help newer forum members to find their place in the community
6. Ensure that their category is well organised and consists of posts that does not violate laws, copyright infringement, sensitive issues, propaganda, etc;
7. Constantly login to monitor progress of their individual forum categories
8. Provide constructive ideas for future development of the forum.
It's pretty much of a policing job online - does not take too much of time, just have to keep a close eye on and off on the posts.
Each forum category can have more than just one moderator - so you can invite your friends or anyone you would like to be partnered with.
